Liberum acted as Nominated Adviser and Bookrunner to CT Automotive Group Plc
We are pleased to announce that Liberum acted as Nominated Adviser and Bookrunner on a c.£7.7m fundraise for CT Automotive Group Plc (the “Company”).
The net proceeds of the Fundraise will be used to strengthen the balance sheet and to provide the Group with flexibility to take advantage of growth opportunities. Additionally, a small portion of the net proceeds are expected to be deployed to realise further efficiency savings including through investment in injection moulding production processes and robotics.
Liberum has been Sole Broker to the Company since its IPO in December 2021.
