Liberum appointed as NOMAD and Joint Corporate Broker to Eneraqua Technologies PLC
We are pleased to announce that Liberum has been appointed Nomad and Joint Broker to Eneraqua technologies with immediate effect.
Eneraqua is a specialist in energy and water efficiency providing turnkey solutions for decarbonisation through heating and hot water systems predominately for multiple occupancy social housing and commercial projects.
Eneraqua has strong IP, and its flow-control technology and technology agnostic approach allow it to offer a differentiated energy saving solution to its customers.
In Energy, the Company is technologically-agnostic, offering the full range of communal/district heating solutions utilising high-efficiency gas, air source heat pumps, ground source heat pumps or hybrid systems.
In Water, the Company delivers efficiency upgrades for clients such as hotels and care homes. This is underpinned Eneraqua’s wholly owned intellectual property, the Control Flow HL2024 family of products, which reduce water wastage and improve the performance of heating and hot water systems
