Andy Tovell joined Liberum in October 2015 as Chief Financial Officer.
Prior to Liberum, Andy held a number of senior finance positions including Finance Director at N. M. Rothschild and various CFO and Controller roles at Citigroup in London, Warsaw and Budapest.
Andy is ACA qualified, having trained with Price Waterhouse in London, and graduated from the University of Cambridge with a degree in Economics.
