Edward joined Liberum in January 2022 after 13 years in the Investment Banking team at Shore Capital.
Prior to Shore Capital, Edward started his career at Investec. He has over 15 years’ experience in providing corporate finance and broking services to UK listed companies, both on AIM and the Main Market. During his career, he has advised on numerous transactions, including IPOs, secondary fundraisings and public M&A.
Edward is a Qualified Executive for the purposes of the AIM Rules. Edward graduated from the University of Edinburgh and holds a MA in Geography.
