Jamie Richards joined Liberum in 2013 and is a Director on the Investment Banking team.
Prior to joining Liberum, Jamie worked at Espirito Santo and prior to that Evolution Securities, starting his career in the city in 2007. Jamie advises a number of mid and small cap companies on their Capital Markets strategy across a variety of sectors, with a particular focus on Real Estate. He has also been involved in structuring and executing a large number of transactions, including IPO’s, secondaries, spin outs, strategic sell downs, buybacks and M&A.
Jamie is a Law graduate of the University of Leeds.
