Nick joined Liberum in June 2021 as a Managing Director in Investment Banking focused on the Business Services, Transport and Industrials sectors.
Prior to joining Liberum, Nick has worked in UK Investment Banking at Peel Hunt, Stifel and Dresdner Kleinwort. He has over 20 years’ experience providing corporate finance and broking advice to UK listed companies across equity capital markets and M&A. Nick qualified as a Chartered Accountant with PWC and is a Law graduate.
