Rich is CEO of Panmure Liberum, having been appointed on completion of the merger. Previously, Rich joined Panmure Gordon as CEO in March 2020.
Rich has over 35 years of exceptional experience as a leader in financial services across all aspects of investment banking, including his role as CEO of Barclays Corporate and Investment Bank. He led the acquisition and integration of Lehman Brothers in 2008 and led the sale of Barclays Global Investors to BlackRock for $15bn in 2009.
Rich is a successful entrepreneur and investor in several companies and industries in the Mid & Small-cap market, including Aquis Exchange.
